This hotel definitely clean. Most definitely recommend staying here. The house keeping do check to make sure if you want your room clean. They are very respect.most definitely if you have Monique & Alicia. They get the job done! The hotel is a 10/10 for me ( Also have truck parking & well)
Amy at the front desk was so sweet, she greeted me every time I came in and provided great food recommendations in the area.
Alexis at the front desk is awesome! She went above and beyond to help us fix a reservation we made through Expedia that was messed up. She worked with us and the reps from Expedia (that were horrible) to resolve the issue and she did it with a great good natured attitude. I hugged her when she was able to resolve the situation! She is THE BEST!!
Huge thanks to Alphonso at the Holiday Inn Express North Augusta! He was so welcoming and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Traveling with kids can be hectic, but Alphonso was incredibly patient and helpful, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. He even recommended some great local restaurants - The Feed Sack was so good! The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast each morning. Perfect location—super convenient, right off the interstate. I’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area!
Mrs. Kendra Hudson, Mrs Amber and staff are very professional. They have Great attitudes and are very respectful. They Keep the kitchen area very clean.
The staff is fantastic! Every person I encountered was friendly, warm, professional, and genuinely interested in their guests experience. "Andrea" and "Chasty" were the standouts for my visit. They worked the breakfast buffet (which needs some improvement by the way) with grace and concern. Improve the quality of the food, upgrade the rooms where needed, but keep the staff! They are the reason I would go back.
I just want to say while I had a few issues during my stay the front desk staff, manager and maintenance did everything they could to make it right. That is all a person could ask for is good service, no place is perfect but accountability is everything. I have stayed here many times and will continue too, I look forward to seeing it after the renovations are done :-)
